What do I need to open an account?
Your full name, current address, PAN number and a 10 digit Indian mobile number. Nothing else.
Is there a minimum balance?
Not on our zero balance savings account. Current accounts ask for ₹5,000 on average.
How long does approval take?
The record is created the moment you submit the form. A banker calls within one working day.
Can I use one PAN for two accounts?
No. A PAN number can only be registered once, and the form will tell you if it already exists.
How do I report a lost card?
Call 1800 200 1994 at any hour, or freeze the card yourself from net banking.
